Safety & Utility

The Ford Tourneo Custom car comes equipped with a range of essential safety technologies and added utility features. The Tourneo Custom also comes with a number of handy features designed to keep safety standards high no matter what you need to use it for. Load Adaptive Control ensures your Tourneo Custom stays stable no matter how light or heavy its load. It does this by adjusting the Electronic Stability Control based on the weight on board. Added Roll Stability Control also helps to keep the Tourneo Custom’s tyres grounded when the centre of gravity is higher than usual. If you need to attach a trailer, the Trailer Sway Control feature can reduce your Tourneo Custom’s speed to get any sway or snaking under control.

Designed to maximise performance and efficiency, the Ford Tourneo Custom comes with a choice of powertrains that offer maximum power and minimal emissions. Choose between a 2.0 litre Ford EcoBlue diesel engine with up to 2.5-tonnes max towing^††, enjoy the benefits of a Plug-In Hybrid (PHEV) or go fully electric with the All-New All-Electric Tourneo Custom. The latter provides up to 236 miles electric driving range^†. The Ford Tourneo Custom PHEV combines a battery-powered electric motor with a 2.5 litre  petrol engine to offer four selectable driving modes. With the option to drive up to 35 miles on electric power alone^‡, you can enjoy emission free driving on shorter journeys.
