Get Started

New Vehicle Payment of £750

You’ll receive this payment when you get your new vehicle, if you order your first vehicle before the end of 2024. If you're already on the Scheme and have not had your New Vehicle Payment yet, you’ll be eligible whenever you get your next vehicle.

If you’re eligible you have two options for getting the New Vehicle Payment. This can be sent to your dealer to help towards the cost of your Advance Payment.

If your Advance Payment is more than £750 you’ll need to pay the difference to your dealer, but if it’s less than £750 we’ll send you the difference after you get your vehicle.

Good Condition Bonus

If you take care of your car or WAVWheelchair Accessible Vehicle and return it in good condition, you could be eligible to receive a Good Condition Payment (GCP).

The amount you receive depends on the length of your agreement. It’s currently £250 for a three-year lease and £350 for a five-year lease. We hope this payment can provide some help with making the most of your vehicle during a challenging time.

What's included with a Ford Motability vehicle?

When you sign up to the Motability scheme with Ford you are signing up to 3 years of worry-free motoring in a new Ford of your choice. 

Full list of benefits include:

A new Ford of your choice every three years
Insurance, loss and damage protection, personal accident cover for 3 named drivers and passengers
Servicing, maintenance and repairs at your Ford Dealer
Full breakdown assistance from the RAC
Window and windscreen replacement cover
A 60,000-mile allowance during the three years
Free replacement tyres fitted by Kwik-Fit
Free home charger and standard installation*

 

There are some vehicles available at no extra cost to your allowance.

However, if you want a higher specification vehicle or one of our larger cars you can opt to pay a one off ‘Advance Payment’

*You’ll have to pay extra if you need a non-standard installation. For example, if your parking space is not next to your home or your electrical equipment needs to be upgraded. Or, if you do not have off-street parking or you cannot have a home chargepoint installed, you'll be given access to the bp pulse network of public chargepoints instead.

For over 30 years Ford Mobility has helped disabled people, as well as their families and carers, become mobile. Ford Mobility has a great range of stylish, well equipped and economical vehicles available to anyone in receipt of the Higher Rate Mobility Component of the Disability Living Allowance (HRMC-DLA), Enhanced Rate Mobility Component of the Personal Independence Payment (ERMC PIP), Armed Forces Independence Payment (AFIP) or the War Pensioners' Mobility Supplement (WPMS). Even if you can’t drive yourself, you can still get a car on the Motability scheme by nominating a family member, guardian or your carer as your driver. As a Ford Motability accredited Dealer, we will be on hand every step of the way to help you drive away in the perfect vehicle for your needs.

If you receive any of the above benefits, getting a new Ford car is easier and more affordable than ever. Through Ford Motability, you simply turn part or all of your allowance into the car of your choice. No waiting lists, no credit checks and no assessments required. We know that having a car can give you the freedom of independence. At Dinnages, we can also provide you with real freedom of choice. Remember, if you’re thinking about joining the scheme, you must have at least 12 months of your award remaining.
