The bonnet has a sleek new shape, the bumper has been enlarged, and the nose raised for a sleeker front end design. The blue Ford badge has also moved from the bonnet to the middle of the enlarged grille. LED headlights with adaptive matrix lights add to the car’s more aggressive new look.

The new Fiesta has an updated powertrain line-up that includes a choice of advanced EcoBoost Hybrid options. The mild hybrids provide small amounts of electrical assistance to increase fuel economy and reduce CO2 emissions. These updates make the new Fiesta a more wallet-friendly and eco-friendly choice. Entry-level hybrids start with a 1.0-litre three-cylinder motor that can deliver either 123bhp or 153bhp.
The Fiesta EcoBoost Hybrid engines also come with an optional seven-speed Powershift automatic transmission. The greater number of gear ratios and dual-clutch operation help deliver smoother gear changes for a more efficient and responsive drive - perfect for stop-start city traffic.
