Q: Is the service covered by my Warranty?
A: Warranty repairs and recalls will be. Any other work is chargeable.
Q: What days and times is the service available to book?
A: We will be operating the service 1 day a week initially. We will aim to be with you by 10am and finish between 4 and 5pm depending on your location.
Q: What are the costs?
A: No call out fee. Prices for the work will entirely depend on the work being carried out.
Q: Do you cover breakdowns?
A: No.
Q: How do I make a booking?
A: A booking enquiry can be made online or over the phone. We will need to make a site visit to carry out an inspection and risk assessment before a booking can be confirmed.
Q: Is the service available for cars and commercial vehicles.
A: Yes
Q: Do I have to be a fleet customer to use the service?
A: No, however you must have a credit account set up if not.
Q: How many vehicles can be booked per day?
A: Depends entirely on the work involved but we would prefer a minimum of two and maximum of four.
